Ooh boy. When I was 13, there was a major dispute that errupted between my brother (18 at the time) and my pos dad. My mum called my uncle to settle stuff out (who is a registered criminal) and he started beating the crap out of my brother for something my dad did. I got in between them to protect my brother (I was always a petite girl) and so he smacked me so hard I fell across the floor. He slapped me 4 more times until my face was blood red, and once I was down he kicked me right over my guts (a full blown kick while I was crutching on the floor) as a punishment for "intervening when adults talk'. Haven't talked to him since the last 6 years no matter how much of a good guy he plays and how much my mum wants me to greet him everytime he comes over.
