Not exactly something that was said at the urinal, but I think this story is close enough.

Out drinking at a local bar with a few friends one night, the bar is pretty busy bc of a UFC event on that night. So right before the fight is ending me and another larger friend get up to use the bathroom, to get ahead of the line. Both of us being about 6’1 and 6’3 around 200 pounds. Walk in and as any gentlemen do, we split the urinals 1 and 3 and left 2 open. Que this maybe just over 5 foot guy walking in. Takes one look at the two of us and says “I may be shit faced, but I don’t have that kind of confidence.” And walks right out the fucking door.

The only time I’ve ever been on a public bathroom floor, and it was from laughing.
