2) She goes to the Z's property. This is the hardest thing to piece together, the info out there is so damn convoluted. But let's say she has an appt with JZ. I have read RH and JZ were friendly. Either JZ orders some drugs through him and Teresa agrees to just drop it off while she's there, or maybe he sells for them. (Just makes me think of when BD was accused of selling drugs, where did that accusation come from? Maybe some local teens were selling, even if not BD.) JZ isn't there by the time Teresa arrives. She does whatever there, and leaves. As she heads out, JZ gets in touch with her and tells her to meet him at the quarry instead to make the drop. She does and it goes bad. Maybe a robbery gone wrong. He leaves her in her trunk, she dies. He returns at some point to burn the evidence.

Again, phone or camera contents reveal drug related info, and who all is involved with that. LE reach out and threaten them. They cooperate with LE's framing, then.

Alternatively, RH and JZ may have plotted to rob SB of drugs and $$ this way. RH could have been there and been just as involved as JZ. Who knows. #2 is my least favorite theory because it's the most complicated. The information surrounding that stuff is just especially poor in quality and (due to GZ) weird as all get out.
