Your job would be so much better if you could nurse emotionless robots.
I’ve just left the hospital where I had to drop-off maternity admission forms. The staff there did everything short of chase me away with a broom to show me I was unwelcome.
On Sunday I had to go to the same hospital’s emergency room. As I sat outside in the ambulance bay (because there’s no way they would let me in), I watched an old man complaining of severe chest pain arrive. The triage nurse left him sitting outside while she waited 15 minutes for his RAT test to process - only then did they begin assessment.
Considering that 95% of my country’s eligible population are double vaccinated and 50% are boosted, I can’t come to terms with my hospitals’ COVID policies.
