I've got this.

I met a guy at a bar and we had a good conversation for about 30 minutes. He is in the same profession as me (nursing) which is rare for a good looking straight guy so I was intrigued. We exchanged numbers and he left to go to a different bar with his friends.

A few days later we are messaging and decide to meet up at this bar of his choosing for a few drinks. I got there a bit early and it turns out it's college night at this bar. I'm 25 and the guy was like 30+. But hey, whatever, cheaper drinks, right?

So the guy shows up and he's kind of looking around and when I waved at him, he looked a bit confused, but sat down. A few minutes later I asked him if something was wrong and he told me that he thought he was meeting a different girl out and was blacked out when I met him. I should have left then, but I didn't have anything better to do and I was still intrigued by him.

So he then starts pounding drinks. I mean like I'm halfway through my second drink and he's on like drink number 5. At this point, he's getting drunk and keeps randomly talking to some of the college girls. My (guy) friend had messaged me asking what I was up to because he wanted to get out of his hot (no AC) house. I said he should meet up because one of my other friends was also gonna meet me up later and I was gonna ditch this guy.

So my friend shows up and my date was no where to be found. Eventually found him dancing with some other girls and when he sees me chatting with my friend, he comes up to me and grabs my ass and that's when my friend and I decide to head out.

My date follows us and can barely stand at this point so it's kind of funny. We meet up with my other friend and watch my date stumble over to the bathroom but not before hitting on a girl sitting alone by the bathroom.

Eventually we convinced him to go home and he texted me in the morning saying I should warn someone before I "bring sand to the beach" aka invite another guy out. My guy friend was just a friend and was trying to get with the other girl we met out the entire night. But yes, I ruined the night.
