The oil burner and the machine are both hot too and IN YOUR HANDS. The dab rig is sitting on the table. Hit it and then lay back into your chair... There's no way anyone is flailing around on DMT. It makes you feel like you weight a million pounds. When you're nearing break through and are still sucking on a pipe, honestly I'd drop it every single fucking time. Third degree burns straight to the nutsack. When you hit a dab, the temperature is only about 350F and quickly cools down even more during vaporization. Even if you could somehow manage to reach over and grab the pipe, it would probably not be hot enough to burn you seriously anymore. But with an oil burning you are putting flame to the pipe continuously to keep it hot.
