What's your 'fuck this, I quit!' story?

Worked for a bank in collections. Man called that claimed he was the husband of customer and customer was in China. Told man no authorization in system and we can’t talk with him until we have authorization, basically the same thing I told everybody before that wasn’t an authorized person to speak with. Man decided to send email to company president that I was rude to him. That worked it’s way down thru management and I got written up. Not a single manager had the common sense to send it back as employee did everything he was supposed to do as bank doesn’t release information to 3rd parties. The supervisor wrote me up, asked me to sign sheet, which I did, asked her is this part of my permanent file, she said yes, to which I turned the piece of paper around and wrote my 2 weeks notice on it. They asked me for an exit interview I declined and referred them to write up. I was already on my way out as the management hated me and had another job lined up before the end of the 2 week notice. A few month later that bank failed after the housing crisis. A few years later I ran into the manager that I was hired under and told him what happened to me after the management change, he was like I know, paid for my drinks and gave me his card to call him if I needed something.
