Kefla is new so were definitely not getting her and don't get started on what's canon... yes I know he's not canon just hear me out. Reason I think were getting Broly because he was highly requested in Japan. Broly and Bardock even won a popularity poll there... so Arc System Works has to listen to their Japanese fans too. I personally want Kefla to be a level 3 for Caulfila with Kale as an assist since that form doesn't last long enough to warrant enough moveset for her to be her own character. Also Kelfa and Kale aren't that popular in Japan, especially in comparison to Caulifla. This populairty poll was quite recent, if I could find it for you, you'd see they have some strange fan favourites over there.
