What's a Zelda game that you like, but is underrated. Tell us why you like it.

For me it depended on whether or not I swung the wiiremote not as wild as I used to. It would lose calibration most of the time when I wildly swung it as hard as I could or as fast as I could. Basically any form of waggle just didn't work for me and the lighting helped tremendously because I could play it about 99% in a dark room with just the TV on but light just was a huge issue. To be fair to Skyward Sword I had pretty much the same issues I had in Battlequest in Nintendoland or Red Steel 2 or Wii Sports Resort so to be blunt I think some "critics" are being somewhat either crazy or ridiculous about Skyward Sword having broken controls and yet any other Wii motion game having perfect motion controls. It's a Wii remote and Wii motion plus problem. Trust me I had issue with TP on the Wii not registrating if I swung a sword or not or shield bashing. It reminds me of the issues on Duckhunt or any other light gun game of not having good controls sometimes. Plus there was that Zelda poll that stated 54.6% of Zelda fans loved or liked the motion controls VS the 10.6 % that hated it kind of proves that they aren't universally broken because it wouldn't make any logical sense for 54.6 of Zelda fans to say they like it but somehow they are broken. Heck I even have heard people that hated Skyward Sword (from reddit and other websites) state that the motion controls are either not the big issue or not an issue at all because the padding/linearity/hand holding/lack of open world are what really makes it shitty.

I don't mean to sound fanboyish but I don't consider "broken spotty motion controls" to be somewhat of a fair criticism because there isn't really an accurate way to demonstrate whether or not they are broken or spotty in a consitent way. It's a he said she said kind of thing. I can absolutely get behind the criticisms of it being linear or lacking an open world full of exploration or it being hand holdy (Fi) or it being full of filler. It's one thing to say "I hated the motion controls because they were unresponsive and felt broken" it's the "well 10% of Zelda fans say they are broken and therefore it's proof they are broken" I take issue with the most.
