When All of This Is Over, Kill the Office Dress Code: The case for never wearing real pants again

Wait, what is everyone here talking about school uniforms? I'm in America and I've never even heard of school uniforms for anything other than private boarding schools for rich kids. At the high school I went to the only rules I can remember were no tank tops and no offensive messages. Basically anything else was fair game. Are you telling me that kids in the UK have to wear a suit and tie??? At a public school? Is it common for public schools to have dress codes in other countries?

Also, not all US public schools are violent and shitty. I think that's mainly just the city schools. There was rarely violence in schools where I grew up, and bullying was pretty much all verbal. Very occasionally people got in mutual fights, but getting beat up by bullies wasn't really a thing.
