When am I going to get DMCA’d o.o

You do realize that the muting of vods is Twitch doing it's part to protect themselves from DMCA claims?

You run the risk of 2 types of problems here. 1 the civil claim that everyone is so worried about, which fair point I don't have excess capital to lose either. In my opinion the far bigger concern is the DMCA/WIPO violation that can be levied against you for copyright infringement.

I think what a lot of people don't realize is the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) are internation treaties that enforce the copyright laws (Pub. L. 105-304). They are punishable by prison time and excessive fines and I can promise you people at Twitch will not go to jail for you.

Keep begging to get "DMCA'd", suspension and a total ban by Twitch will happen far before a DMCA claim do. I'm not sure where the rule lies with Twitch, on YouTube you get, I think, 6 muted videos in a calendar year before you take a suspension from them.
