Don’t send any flowers. It is not going to yield your desired outcome. You have already done 4 dates too many as is. You are already way more invested than she is. Her actions suggest she is merely using you for attention/free dinners. At this point, Buying her flowers will scream desperation and she will probably lose any little interest she has in you.

No more dates. I suggest Invite her over to your house for dinner and then try to escalate physically. If she’s not interested, respect her wishes and move on completely.
