when are people gonna realise that child labor laws apply to youtubers and vloggers?

Possible spelling correction: Agreed. Family employment laws and age restrictions in the US, I believe, are usually state based with basic minimums at federal level. The federal government has allowances for children employed by parents/guardians. So you can have your kid clear the tables of your restraint or help on the farm. Most likely you tubers will have an s corp or TLC setup where a parent is a partner and or registered director. Falling under this family or self employment allowances.

Canal but if your kid is getting YouTube or Tito famous...pay a lawyer for their time and get shit setup right. A co-worker's kid got YouTube famous and IMO failed to secure some things legally I warned about. Leaving a large legal hole open for some copyright ownership claims/co ownership by a third party in the future. Work for hire needs to be clear and in writing.
