I believe part of it is because we have some variation of that original post ever couple of weeks, and frankly everyone is getting shit at some point.

No one knows you are a woman until you talk. Having a platinum border, though? No hiding that, and you will get shit every. single. game.

It would be great if no one got shit, but it will always exist. There really isn't a reason to constantly have posts about one type of toxicity and ignore all of the other kinds.

I don't really care either way, personally. I only skimmed both of those posts. They are both probably cathartic for the people who wrote them, but the unfortunate truth is that none of them ever actually accomplish anything.
