When you catch a bad review on a recently bought gear

Yes, I've seen the pictures before and everything. Again, I happened to come across all this stuff while I was researching the headphones. I just have reason to believe that the CPO of Drop isn't lying about the driver because, if he was, the company would be hit with a class-action lawsuit over false advertising. While the claims over it being a "new" or "refreshed" HE-500 are misleading, it's also a very abstract goal and a "refreshed" HE-500 could mean literally anything they want it to. However, claiming that "the driver is a completely different design" is an objective claim that can be factually proven or disproven. Drop is a company like any other, they care about profits at the end of the day, and I doubt they'd risk their profits on the HE-5XX in a potential lawsuit over claims about the driver used in them. If it absolutely is the same driver, and the CPO of Drop was lying in the discussion section to sweep away concerns about the whole issue, then they really should be sued over it (especially considering the community would be perfectly capable of proving it's the same driver.)
