When could it possibly be more obvious that a Medicare for All type healthcare system, guaranteeing healthcare to all and eliminating private insurance, is an essential and moral reform for the United States?

Let's go for the moral victory, right? Give me a break. There is absolutely no tangibility of putting M4A up for a vote when the democratic president elect has consistently stated he would veto, when there are several democrats in the house that will vote no. People who follow politics already know who is for it and who is against it. Hell, the Dems had a primary and with M4A on the table and the ACA expansion won. Like, I get wanting some lefty circle jerk, but if we have to do that by inflating the derailed JD, we should be more machiavellian with our thinking. There are a multitude of different things we could hold the Dems feet to, especially in a time of a pandemic, but signalling to people who already follow politics isn't one of them. Legitimately a non-issue and part of JDs grift.
