I think the really explicit scenes started with OH. The one in the call room was really hot and I cheered that we finally get to give head (because it has always been the LI pleasuring MC and not the other way around), but the one with Raf in the hospital room had my jaw open and wondering wtf was going on XDDD I have always remembered PB doing these scenes like-- "You feel his tongue running up your thigh and you shiver at the wetness" etc., etc., but did not actually acknowledging genitalia (I honestly won't take any sex scene if they were to stuff like "dick" or the likes). I fucking swear I had to cover my mouth and stopped myself from laughing and fangirling when the "At least we know it's functioning" (not exact line but like that) dialogue popped up. It was in the middle of the night and I woke up some of my family members XDDD

But for kinks and adventurousness of the sex scenes... I think they've always done that. Like Jake in ES, the boy kept making sexual innuendos and had a bdsm thing going, Damien with the "sir" thing, Liam with his outdoor sex, and even William from ROE with the bdsm, too.

Though my favorite sex scenes has to be from TE because shit happens XDDD I've only been exclusively playing Beckett, so idk what happens during sexy time for the other LIs. Although I assume an earthquake from Griffin XDDDD
