I cried for real less than half a dozen times in the last 5 years.

I recall once on the evening of 7-1 (the Germany-Brazil match)... Once receiving a gift that reminded me of loss of a dear friend three years ago... When I watched San Junipero. That's three.

There might have been one or two more times that I can't recall right now, not sure. Psychedelics made me a bit emotional once or twice too, but let's not count that.

So, somewhere between 3 and 6 times?

That is until 2 weeks ago. I cried twice more since then.
I got upset, like I do very often... but instead of the spiraling heaviness and anger which I used to get, now I ended up in tears and felt relieved a few minutes later.

It's not placebo...It's a pretty powerful mind-altering substance.
