My line manager has been pushing the boundaries of our working relationship for some time... constantly wanting hugs, often touching my knee, thigh, back and sometimes my bum. He's been abusing his power as my direct report and manipulating situations between me and my Managing Director.

It finally got too much when my intern complained about his increased physical contact. So I made a complaint.

Feels like I've spent the last 3 weeks having to convince my MD it's more than his 'old school ways' (he's an older man as is my MD but not as old).

Finally got the point across and I no longer have to work under him. But still I have to sit in meetings, answer emails and not explain why were not working together to anyone who asks.

When all I want to do is tell everyone he's a dirty old pervert.
