When did someone challenge you at something you were an expert at?

I used to be that kid that acted like I could hack computers, do shitty things and be ”I know it all” just because I built my first computer. At the same time, I was experiencing the impostor syndrome pretty badly but no, I just had to be that kid.

Nowadays I don’t even attempt to give any tech advice because I fear I might be misleading people with my answer. Only those who I helped build their first computer are the one that I attempt to help by troubleshoot and research. Some questions might be straightforward to answer but I might still check it via google if I am answering correctly as if I was writing 1+1 into the calculator. Sometimes I just admit that I don’t know even though I was supposed to be that ”know it all” kid.
