I think I had my first grey hair as a teenager at around 14, along with my wisdom teeth. Sadly, I age in dog years ; ) My hair went South within 10 years of that. There's not much you can do about it. Yes, you could dye it, but it's always way too obvious to me. I have the same view of people that I try to cover up hairloss. I've often thought that if you go grey or suffer hairloss then you become more aware of it in others!

I would say be bold and embrace it! Me, I shave my head myself and do not care one bit. I control it, I don't let it control me. It's funny in a way, given my other recent posts on here - I care about some things way more than others. That's anxiety for you!
