When did your "Something is very wrong here" feeling turned out to be true?

I have two that stand out: First was like 15 years ago, my sister was driving to Oregon to check out a potential university... while at work I got a bad feeling, started feeling sick and decided to leave early. As I was driving home, i got a call from my mom that they were on the way to the hospital because my sister had gotten into a car crash on the way to Oregon. Thankfully, her and her friends were just beaten up and bruised a bit, no broken bones... but her face (broken blood veins in eyes) looks scary for weeks. I am so glad i left work, and was able to help my parents with dealing with that shit. so scary.

the other one... really sad :( I had a friend who wanted to be a police officer and not having many options, decided he would join the military first, as a route to a better life and that police job he wanted. We had a couple conversations about the dangers of serving (circa 2006/2007). I remember one convo in particular, I straight up said "what if you are killed in action?" well, not even one month into his 1st tour in the middle east he was killed by a roadside bomb. :( he left behind a pregnant wife and a toddler. his funeral was like a terrible high school reunion. :(
