The problem is that I love to do everything manually, my PC is my own personal area 51, I know every single thing that I download on it and what goes on behind the scenes (power user), I gladly let windows defender get updated or adobe flash updates, it's not about not wanting to update at all, it's about controlling it so it doesn't disrupt me like my everyday life. I used spybot anti beacon. But Microsoft deliberately coding all of this clown shit as a fuck me in the ass kind of thing that what I do isn't respected, when I say NOT NOW then it shouldn't be now, but guess what Microsoft says let's drop the avalanche and that's when I lose my fucking shit. I'll probably be dismissed on the fly but I don't care, I just need a perma solution to this clusterfuck.
