I'm a woman in my early 30s. I looked really good at 22 (particularly skin-wise because I did nothing for my skin and it looked amazing) but looked even better in my late 20s. I'm starting to go through another period of looking really good but this time it's mainly just because I cut out alcohol and started working out again. It's a bit more effort than it was at 22, so I'll admit that! But I look so similar for the most part that it isn't a huge deal. I also honestly didn't drink at 22 so I also didn't have alcohol affecting me then.

I do know women who've had to work really hard from a super young age but we're all different. We all age super differently.
