I took 12.5mg every day. I considered spacing it out or cycling it. When I take it for a few weeks and then stop, within a few days I hit a sweet spot where my testosterone and estrogen are at optimal levels and the enclomiphene has cleared my system and there is a much higher libido. I never moved forward with that though. I don't know how long it takes for the enclomiphene to get testosterone to optimal levels and how long it takes to drop back down after stopping. Also I never got estrogen under control.

12.5mg every day was more than enough, I do wonder what lesser would do and if it would allow for some steady libido.

A cycle to me would be like 12.5mg a day for a few weeks to get testosterone up, then off for maybe 4 days then on a few days like pulsing the pituitary.

Enclomiphene can other side effects that might not be good for long term, unless cycled or pulsed I think.

If you had the money you could take testosterone test every day after you've maxed it with enclomiphene and then gotten off it to see how testosterone drops in time, also see how many days it takes to get testosterone up and create a protocol with that...

Max testosterone isn't necessarily good. Rampant aromatization for one thing.

Another option is HCG monotherapy. Taken in high doses it can desensitize leydig cells in testes. But in low doses, like 500ui 3x a week, it get my testosterone to 1k without the enclomiphene side effects.

I'd like to experiment with even lower doses.

You might want to look into pt-141 if you've taken SSRIs. Optimal hormones + pt-141 = big libido.
