You'd be very surprised, if a neckbeard feels he has to be homophobic or misogynistic, it may be because of repressed feelings of weakness or shame. Repressed feelings that he can only express in any way by cross dressing etc. Fact is stranger than fiction when it comes to this stuff. It's similar to the case/s where the homophobic church turned out to all be having orgies together. They're repressing the truth of their being which manifests as two extremes. The piece of shit they are in everyday life and the weird shit they have to do behind closed doors. If they would just accept that yeah they're unhappy with themselves then they might actually have a chance of getting better. Look for when a neckbeard or incel is repulsed. It's often a good hint that whatever they're faced with brought up terrible feelings about themselves that they don't understand and don't want anything to do with. But unfortunately they have to face these honestly horrific feelings to become happy with themselves.
