when glaz 7.62 rifle can penetrate plane window but your .50 cal rifle can't

The round is intended to improve stopping power greatly at short- to medium-range as compared to the standard 5.56×45mm NATO round. One of its advertised uses is at vehicle checkpoints, since the heavy bullet's flight path is not easily deflected by auto glass or standard vehicle body panels.

from the wikipedia aritcle for the .50 Beowulf

In all honesty, the .50 Beowulf is more of one of those marketing gimmicks where a company sells an AR-15 that is TACTICOOL and only uses their proprietary ammo which is expensive. (a single round is $1.35 on average compared to a normal .223 remington which is about 30 cents a round) People who bought into the hype try to say that its good for game hunting, but most people wouldn't use a low velocity round for hunting.
