When you haven't slept much. What do you do to make you feel less fatigue during the day?

  • Caffeine.
The trick is too drink slightly more then you usually would. I'm quite the heavy coffee drinker, doubling my caffeine dose from one cup of coffee per hour to two usually works. If you get tired increase it exponentially. Sometimes Coffee gets impractical, for these times i have coffeine powder. You can order it online from places like Amazon.
  • Energy Drinks
Contain caffeine and some other werid stuff to keep you alert. The Sugar should also help short term
  • 5 minute walks outside help (or physical activity in general, just don't overdo it to the point you are exausted)
  • Power napping
20 minutes ideally, Don't ever go over 30 min or you'll feel groggy. Don't forget to set an alarm.
Pro tip: Drink a coffee just before you napping, The caffeine needs a bit to do its magic so you should wake up just as the effect kicks in.
