There is a reason most businesses do not have Unions. They are at least one extra layer of management and can be very expensive.

That is not even close to why Unions are all but dead in the States.

Just go get a job at Walmart. The first training you will get is literally a brainwashing video about how horrible Unions are and why it's such a bad decision to ever even discuss that bad word.
