That's simply not true, the church DOES this stuff, there is no sorta, saying otherwise is denying reality. Educating millions of the poorest people in the world is not a "good deed" in quotation mark, providing healthcare to those that can't afford is not either, they're fully in line with the goal and mission of the church.

There is a role for secular instutitions and the church, the more help the better. Furthermore, the church is present in places where there aren't a large number of catholics, most notably right now is their support for orthodox christians ukranian refugees in Poland, there is also the historical presence in the Korean war, where the church played a large role in rebuilding and helping the country, something they're grateful to this day. Your criticism is baseless.
