When was the last time you were legitimately scared of a man?

Similar story:

A couple years ago I was driving back from a friend's house, and to get home I have to go through this one intersection. The intersection is a four-way with lights, but it's still pretty dangerous because one side each direction of the intersection counts as a country road, where the other is a city road. So passing through, once you cross under the lights you're suddenly in a 80km/h zone (50m/h) after being in a 50km/h(30m/h) (or vice versa) which means a lot of people speed through.

The shortest version is, some guy ran a red going easily 100 in the 50 and nearly hit me. I swerved and honked and pulled over for a second just to calm myself down. Right after I honked, buddy slammed on his brakes, pulled a u-turn and started yelling at me.

He tailgated me the whole way home. I live out in the country, so there's no street lights, nowhere to go and the drive took a good 30 minutes. I was terrified and crying the whole time, but was too afraid to get out my phone because I wanted to stay 100% focused on what he was doing.

He actually followed me up the driveway as well - we're in the country so it's about .5km long. The garage is (thankfully) at the side of the house and he didn't follow me around the side. My parents and brother were home, so the lights were on and you could see people walking around inside. I don't know if that's what deterred him or what but by the time I got inside and looked out the front window he was gone.
