when is it more loving to people to not follow the law of the people?

As much as the line "do not mussel an Ox" is more about giving each as they are owned (as far as I can tell at this point in history), and not so much about putting a strap around the mouth of quadruped so I assumed that there was a principle here.

I asked for help, yet here at least I just get sass when I presented a real life situation, for this is a real life situation I believe I need to deal with. I doubt that police care about this law but I do at this time, for I like the idea of loving people in a reasonable fashion, which is why I was asking here in relation to this matter. Do you dispise me for doing that, for trying to love others? Do you dispise me for both wanting to not starve to death, as an extreme example, but also wanting to follow the suggestions of God? Do you want me to sin against others? Do you want me to sin against God?

General question: what features of my manners set that off in you? I doubt it is just natural for you, for you to dismiss the hurt of others and I doubt it is just natural for you to dismiss the wishes of God. What is it that I did that caused you to respond, not with clear answers but with passive-aggressiveness?
