When must your child be born for the maternity leave bill to take effect?

You have no training, no experience and no idea what the regs, guidance, or Department or Agency guidance is on the subject.

You can’t base your authoritative position that they “weren’t supposed to” approve the leave on one page of one Guidebook from 5 years ago. I linked to it because it’s simple for employees to get a basic idea of what the rules are generally. You have no idea how the regs are applied in practice or what other provisions of law or regulation affect anything.

You haven’t had to attend 5 classroom day timekeeper training every 3 years like I have. You haven’t attended Supervisor/Leave Approving Official training to know how leave and attendance laws, regs, and policies are administered.

All you’re going on is a quick skimming of a few guidebooks online. You are not an authority. You have no experience. You don’t know anything about the subject. You aren’t an expert. You don’t work with this stuff every day.

I’m going back to my hockey game. The third period is about to start and I’d rather yell at the TV than hear you try to tell me how to do my job.
