I fell like this when I was 9 or so. I was riding my shitty bmx at the skate park and thought I had enough momentum to go up the little hill thing. I did not. As a kid, I had no idea of how to go in reverese on a bike, and started going backwards pretty fast. I slammed on the back wheel break. It stopped my bike dead, and I flew off backwards, slamming my head on the concrete. Hard. I got back up and had blurry vision. I biked home which wasn't far, only like 5 mins or so, and on the way there I puked the entirety of my stomach content. Once I got home, I tried puking again, but nothing would come up. I felt tired and dizzy, and had no idea what the word concussion meant, so I went to take a nap. I didn't tell my parents, I didn't take any medicine, and I didn't wake up for 2 days. My parents thought I was just being extra lazy as it was summer vacation and they aren't the most involved with me due to my 7 siblings.

I sometimes wonder how I am alive.
