When you open after the owner closes.

Right. You know best. All owners are like this. My first employee handbook was written by my owner/boss because of insubordinate employees. My bosses that I chose, I CHOSE, did work very hard. I would watch them throw their backs out, get ulcers, sweat blood. I would do what I could for them. Granted not all owners are like this. And I don't work for anyone anymore. My employees love me. I treat them with respect and they do the job I ask of them. Why is this such a hard concept??? Call me old fashioned but... my parents taught me.. work hard and you move up... if this doesn't work? Find something else! Not happy? Find something better. ... this world needs a wake up call. There's no such thing as a free lunch.. someone is paying for it . And watching someone bitch over a dirty counter... screw you. Hope the owner finds someone else more willing... Shitty owner? Then they will end up alone with no employee to clean up their shit. Enough said.
