underneath of emotions is instincts. and instincts are all about power and greed. driving us. driving all living things.

i know you want life to be just a bed of roses. bubblegum and lollypops and unicorns lol. but this universe is harsh. the strong kill the weak. thats the instincts which are there for a reason. because that matches a facet of reality we live in.

its these instincts that create judgment. they are putting everything into a hierarchy of power.

ontop of instincts is emotions. this level is more intellient. the level of cooperation for mutual benefit. getting into a tribe, gang, friends, foamily, etc... this level has more equality. whereas the instincts there is zero equality. its all a hierarchy based on raw physical power.

equality is helpful to cooperation. so humans have this emotion level ontop of those instincts and it creates some discord between the two. they are almost opposites yet have to work together.
