Group identity is the most common qualification for everything. By defying the root identity of gender which is presumed settled by the majority of the population, the entire matter of what is settled becomes interrogable; root, interrogate. Pretty much all debauchery and bigotry rests on interrogation of this hierarchy of settled matters; by insisting on being interested in the entire hierarchy instead of those which would concern a normal person, an outsider to your interests will always assume that you have some kind of contemptible superiority which is to blame for all of your problems. I am not trans but I find this kind of interest delightfully refreshing since I have experienced some level of similar persecution whenever I encounter someone utterly terrified by how much I understand about this.
