When have you run out of time for real? When is it too late?

I don't think it is, we're being taught this idea that we deserve only the best and that there is always someone better and more convenient right around the corner. It leads people to perpetuate this ungodly set of expectations and standards for their partners when they themselves are likely highly flawed in some shape or form.

Men and women alike get ghosted or dumped the instant something goes wrong or they didn't end up checking off all of the list of expectations. No one wants to work things out anymore, no one wants to talk or communicate like a fucking human being anymore and no one wants to give anyone a chance anymore. You have to be perfect in every way or else you're disposable.
