When do you sell (or do you even) a good stock like Google?

So much financial advice. Here is another perspective, my opinion.

A few years ago I became very sick. I thought I would die. No, I knew I was going to die much sooner than I'd ever imagined. People don't plan for such things, and the truth is no one knows what tomorrow holds. So, forget about the financial advice for a moment. Sure, it's all technically true, but ask yourself a few questions about your life and goals and 'what ifs'. When you do that, you'll know better than anyone when to sell. In short, keep in mind that old phrase, "you can't take it with you". I'd give up all of my wealth for better health. I think everyone with a clear perspective or experiences would do the same. You don't want money, you want good experiences or things that let you share good experiences with others.
