I agree that short people get undeserved bullying and such, but the OP reeks of bitterness, just like the Bagel Boss Bro, or BBB for short.
BBB did his thing because he's short, his entire rant is about being short. He hates it and he hasn't been able to cope with it well throughout his life which is evident in the number of videos hie has done on YT showing his emotions. Yeah he has most certainly been unfairly bullied but it doesn't excuse his behavior against completely innocent people.
The reason why everybody is making fun of short people and specifically discussion short men in relation to this incident, is because it's literally the most relevant part of this entire event.
The reason why NOBODY talks about how tall some people are in related to other freakouts for instance, is because height is likely never even mentioned or even thought of throughout the incident, be it a video or whatever. Instead the discussion could be around race, poverty or douchebaggery but it's unlikely for height to main point to discuss since it's not at all relevant.
I'm 191cm (6,2), I can tell you that I never think of someone elses height once I got past the age of like 15. The absolutely only exception to this rule is if I see somebody who is taller than me, since I live in Sweden this does happen fairly frequently. And every single time I'll think to myself "Fuck that guy is tall" if I see someone like that, but I never think about it twice if I see somebody shorter.
It's in your head bro. Everybody gets stared at or made fun of at some point for some reason, some shitty people will try and take what they think is your biggest insecurity and try and use it against you.
And just like there are genuine racists out there, and genuine sexists, etc. There are probably heightist people as well. Now I don't know what it's like where you are from, but here if I were to make fun of somebodies height I'd get thrown out of this office head first, just like if I were to say something racist, sexist, bigoted or something similar.
