When someone has no regard for others...

Reminds me of an experience I had with my E92. Not even half a year into ownership, I'm doing some work from home. I look outside where I can see my car in the parking lot of our apartment, and this 40ish year old man, unshaven and pajama clad at 4:30PM, is playing with his daughter in the parking lot. The entry way has a long slope, so she's sitting on her tricycle near the top and he lets her go, she takes her feet of the pedals, and just goes "weeeee!" until she stops. Right into some poor guy's car. This doesn't stop them, oh no. Let's keep going! A couple more times they do it, I'm getting my shoes on at this point, and during my last glance I see her fly straight into the side of my car. A few minutes later I'm in the parking lot and this guy says nothing, absolutely nothing. Doesn't even look at me. He just stands there staring silently at his feet while his daughter awkwardly watches me look over my car. I'm looking to see where she hit the car, and I lucked out; she hit the wheel. I overhear the little girl say to her father "He's looking at his car, huh?" and his reply "Oh.... uh, hehehe... noooooo... it's okay." Didn't want to lecture him on parenting in front of his child so I only suggested they play somewhere else. He never went to look at either of the cars he pushed his daughter into, never said sorry, in fact I never saw him again. Though he didn't look like a person who really had his life together.
