When someone uses the term "brother wars" is it safe to say that they're a fascist or germanic supremacist?

those places haven’t been at war with each other in 73 years so I’m not sure what they’d be so mad about.

Exactly. So what could they possibly be mad about, other than the last times those places were at war with each other, which were squarely the Germans fault and could have easily been avoided by them? Are they suggesting that the Anglos should have let the Germans get away with their war crimes, possibly even supported them? That's what it sounds like to me.

But unless you have more evidence that just a hunch, it would be unfair to call them fascists. What are their actual political beliefs? What other slogans do they use? Do they have any symbols that might suggest fascism/ethnic supremacy?

It's not like any specific people, it's just a phrase i hear being thrown around every now and then.
