When I start working, I actually enjoy it. But I do everything just to avoid starting. Help..

That's standard with the package, you will delay to the last minute until you begin panicking. The resulting anxiety will force you to focus on the work.

Medication will likely not help with motivation issues. My experience is that this part of ADHD is mostly behavioral. You may have developed a fear of your work which, regardless of if the ADHD symptoms are present or not, makes it difficult to begin working.

Stimulant meds will help you stay focused out side of that panic period that forces you to work which is a good start to breaking away the "fear" of starting work. If you can't get your hands on medication, try caffeine, which is also a stimulant. But again, you've got two problems and stimulants will only correct one of them. From my experience, you're best off tackling issue number 1 before number 2, because trialing medication is a mess as it is and you don't need any extra factors to consider when determining which medication is best for you.
