When do you find time to work out? And do you work out at the same time every day?

I run for an hour around 4:30pm on Tu/Th, then a long run on Saturdays, and a hike on Sunday. I’m currently trying to make myself lift weights again but have been so lazy on my three off days. I really like having days when I’m not beholden to anything (well, except for my job, which I must do for survival). All the running and hiking has kept me lean with decent leg and butt muscle so I’m even less motivated to lift because my shape isn’t all that bad. But, lifting is what I should be doing on my off days.

I hate waking up early, but if I forced myself to, I would probably exercise 5 or 6 days a week because I don’t make excuses or have mental hangups about exercise on the morning. I just have a severe inability to wake up early.
