No I'm speaking pretty much exclusively about this situation one of my fellow State Burners encountered.

He was in NV and got pulled over, had like a weeks worth of rolled joints but he had a medical card from Cali and NV (lived in NV but visited Cali a lot) and lost like 5 years of his joy and happiness fighting a federal trafficing charge that could have put him away for 20 years.

Luckily he was rich enough to get a good lawyer etc etc but man if that had happened to me I'd have likely done time in a federal prison for something that is 100% totally legal in my state (the same state that the Playa is in).

PLUS...local cops to wherever the new spot is would realize that if they persecuted the Burners that local business/citizens who benefitted from the Burn would hold them accountable (like firing the sherriff etc).

What are we going to do about the BLM cops being draconian? Write a congressman? Entreat some massive faceless federal agency for mercy?

BLM's attitude is "Fuck you, fuck the money you make for BLM we don't need it. Don't like us being dicks? Leave."
