When will the servant culture end in India? Why has servant-keeping become a status symbol?

Is the short speech in my post not visible? Why are you ignoring the child labour? How is that a job?

I still think it's not a job, even if an adult does it. I still think it's not a job even if "it's not like your job". It's a contract, an agreement to do work in exchange of money. It'll be a job if they're appointed by the Government or the company or by an established organization or at least a recognized body but I don't think it's a job.
