Lol, you'd be surprised and of that i'm very confident. We treat our employees with the utmost respect, never overwork them, pay them way above average salary, give them health care well beyond standard, contribute to the equivalent of an IRA to the tune of 15% of pre-tax salary, 5 weeks off that they can take whenever they want, full flex-time, pay for any and all education they want, never skimp on tools or equipment, always listen to their suggestions, etc.

I really really don't worry about what out employees say behind my back. Why? Because the 97% of employees who really enjoy it here make sure that shit talkers and slackers quit even before i need to do anything about it.
