Where is a 509, 3.67 GPA Competitive?

I got a few messages so I'll share my list here for reference. I'm from Philly, so all PA schools are included. Also applied to a few reaches because I had a ton of research + had the money since I'm working full time. Again, I don't recommend applying to 60 but I will say that I think this is what helped me the most since I had average stats. I included 30 of these schools after I was done with my main list and very glad I did, because a lot of interviews came from these last minute schools that I added.
