Where to get an actually good rice cooker?

this is a bit of a stretch to say that.

. Its a country of rice eaters, which have a mixie/kitchen appliance industry that s been solid for decades. Indian kitchen appliances are really affordable for the quality you get. Obviously don't buy amazon s own products or wonderchef etc. Buy one that has manufacturing and spare parts in your nearest locality.

Maybe not the best country to buy a stand mixer or zojirushi bread maker (even those have a few options but not great variety to choose from).

but lot of small appliances here are pretty great. You d not have trouble finding a good rice cooker. I have a decade long rice cooker and a mini one i pack into suitcases for travel. In recent times, I ve noticed sharp has a new fancy looking 2 bowl cooker.
