Where are the bikes?

The answer is a complicated one and it is far deeper than just the fact that covid came along and disrupted things. Many things have fundamentally changed and the new norm has not been reached or even realized yet. People aren't returning to work because they have been shown that they don't have to sink their lives and time behind the walls of a company 5+ days a week for 40+hrs. Sure this doesn't exactly affect the ground force labor but it does affect anyone who can do their jobs remotely or can find a way to shift jobs in a way that allows them to not lose themselves to work. This is just skimming the surface and to find the new normal is going to take a lot more time to sort out.
